Flashback to "Motordrome March", by Lydia T

"Motordrome March" was jam-packed from the start, from celebrating the 80th anniversary of Daytona Bike Week at Bruce Rossmeyer’s Daytona Harley-Davidson (https://www.facebook.com/BruceRossmeyer/) to capturing some great footage with Andrew of Tobacco Motorwear Company for the release of their new riding jacket  (https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=815104222684205); from practicing for our Guinness World Record Attempt with Steve and Dee Dee Rinker of Buck’s Indian (https://www.facebook.com/RhettRotten/videos/3677554532331854/) to finally wrapping up the month with our second session of the Wall of Death Rider Training Course, The Rhett Rotten Experience (RRE)!

The Rhett Rotten Experience

We feel like this one month was more like three months, but what an incredible time- Wow!

After having a few days at home to process everything we just did, we wanted to take a moment to look back, recognize, mention, and thank some of the amazing folks who helped make our time in Daytona truly spectacular, as Rhett mentioned in a recent Facebook post. But this is just a "highlight reel"!! It would be close to impossible to list and mention every single person and every single moment that contributed to the magic, but know that we hold the collective experience with each and every one of you close to our hearts!

First and foremost, much gratitude to the Rossmeyer family and the entire crew at Bruce Rossmeyer's Daytona Harley-Davidson and Destination Daytona, not only for hiring our Wall of Death for their Bike Week celebration, but also for sponsoring and supporting our Guinness World Record Attempt AND The Rhett Rotten Experience, both held at Destination Daytona! It is the perfect facility and one of our favorite places to set up!

Next, super huge thanks goes to the sponsors of the live broadcasts of our shows during Bike Week, as well as The Road to the Record test runs and special episodes with Podcast_X; Law Tigers (https://www.lawtigers.com/), Tobacco Motorwear Company (https://tobaccomotorwear.com/shop), and Zmax Race Products (now available at Bruce Rossmeyer’s Daytona Harley-Davidson!  https://www.zmax.com/)  We appreciate you more than you know, and look forward to doing alot of awesome stuff in the future with you guys on board!

One of the major projects on our list for this month was testing out the capability and the possibility of Live Streaming our shows, and ultimately, live streaming our Guinness World Record Attempt. We got some great practice in with Anthony Conforti of Podcast_X, streaming a handful of shows and special episodes, as well as our test runs for the Record Attempt. Seeing these possibilities with this type of platform was really exciting! You can watch all of those videos at Official Rhett Rotten on Facebook under the "Videos" tab (https://www.facebook.com/RhettRotten/ ). Big thanks to Anthony and Michelle of Podcast_X for their amazing work! Be sure to Like and Follow Podcast_X on Facebook and Instagram (@Podcast_X), and also check out Anthony's streetwear brand, Poorstar ( https://www.poorstarclothing.com/ ), a major sponsor of these live streams as well.

Rhett says, "It takes a small army to put this show on!", so lastly, but surely not least, we want to thank the MANY who helped with the set up, tear down, maintenance, and operations of this Marvelous Motordrome, from the time we arrived until the last tie-down strap was placed on the load at the end. You know who you are, you are marvelous, and we love you!

Until we meet again,

Long Live the Motordrome.
